Fabrications

 Edge Sealing

Edge sealing with thermoplastic strip avoids moisture, dirt, and bacteria from entering into the belt. It also prevents the fabric from fraying at the edges.

Perforation

For certain applications, conveyor/ process belt need to be perforated. Perforations is especially convenient for application like vacuum, exact positioning of products, etc.

Curve Belts

Curve belts are highly convenient when a product needs to change direction in a relatively small space. Our curve belts are available in both PU and PVC, in various colors and thicknesses.

Accessories

Cleats

Cleats are commonly used when a product is being conveyed in inclined or declined direction. We offer various types of cleats, and can be manufactured according the EU and FDA food grade standards

Sidewalls

Sidewalls ensure controlled transport of products conveyed in straight, inclined or declined directions, and are often combined with cleats.

Guideropes

Sometimes the belt can derail. To prevent this, belts can be fitted with a guiderope, in ‘V’ or block shape.
